Live shared web app · Travel & outdoors
Plan your group trip together with live voting
Everyone proposes activities for each day with a time and cost, votes happen instantly, and the winning plan builds itself.

When a group travels together, deciding what to do each day takes time and compromise. Trip Ideas lets everyone propose activities for any day of your trip—each with a suggested time and cost—and vote on them all at once. As votes come in, the winning activities appear in a timeline on screen. No back-and-forth messages or spreadsheets: just real-time voting that shows you what the group actually wants to do.
What it does
You see a five-day trip broken into separate days at the top. Pick a day, and you'll see all proposals for that day sorted by votes. Each proposal shows the activity name, time, and cost. Click the plus button to vote for it; click again to take your vote back. At the top of the screen, a timeline shows the day's winning plan—only activities that received votes appear there, sorted by time. You can propose any activity yourself by filling in a form with the activity name, time, and cost. If you proposed it, you can delete it. Everyone in the group sees the same data live as people vote and propose.

Questions and answers
Does the app save my plan?
Yes. All proposals and votes are saved and visible to everyone in the group instantly. When you come back, you'll see the current state of voting.
Can I use this on my phone?
Yes. The app is designed to work on any device—phone, tablet, or computer.
How do activities win a time slot?
The activity with the most votes at that time on that day appears in the winning timeline. If no activity at a time has any votes, nothing shows for that time.
