Agent Squad

The agents you pay for stop being separate tools — mention any of them mid-conversation and they work the same task as one team you supervise.

01 · YOUR SQUADOne team
The agents you already pay for
  • Claude Code · Codex · Cursor · Gemini CLI · Kimi · opencode
02 · MENTIONFree
Type @ and pick who takes it
  • That message routes to that agent
03 · REPLYLive
Answered, and attributed
  • You see the switch happen and who wrote the reply
04 · HANDOFFPro
“This is a job for Codex”
  • The agent on the task offers to pass it on — you confirm

Your agent subscriptions stop being isolated tools. Every agent you have linked is a member of your squad, and inside a single session they work the same task as one team you supervise — you decide who takes the next message by typing @, and you can also let the agent on the task tell you when a teammate is the better fit. It stays turn-based: one agent works at a time, and nothing changes hands without you.

Hand the next message to anyone

Type @ in the composer, pick a squad member, and that message goes to them instead — no new session, no re-explaining the task. Free for everyone.

Each agent keeps its own memory

A returning agent resumes its own earlier conversation, where the agent supports that — and gets briefed on what its teammates did while it was away.

You always know who answered

The switch shows its progress live instead of swapping silently, and every reply is labelled with the agent that wrote it.

The agent can propose the handoff

The agent on the task knows your squad and what each member is good at, so it can offer to pass the work on. You get a card with an editable prompt and accept with one tap (Pro).

Or let the squad run itself

Turn on Auto handoffs (Pro) and valid proposals execute on their own, bounded by a hop budget you set (1–10). Every hop still shows up in the timeline — and any message from you takes the wheel back instantly.

Ask CodeRabbit for a review, mid-session

Mention @coderabbit and it reviews your current changes as a one-shot — your working agent stays exactly where it was.

See who did what

Squad activity shows each member’s turns, the files they touched, and how work was handed around — per session.

  1. 1
    Build your squad

Link the agents you use in Profile › Your Squad. Every agent you link becomes a squad member you can call on.

  2. 2
    Type @ in a session

The mention picker lists your squad. Pick who should take the next message and send it as usual.

  3. 3
Watch the switch, read the reply

The app shows the switch progress, then the answer arrives attributed to the agent that wrote it.

  4. 4
Accept a handoff when one is offered

If the working agent proposes passing the job on, review the prompt it drafted, edit it if you want, and tap to accept.

NOTE

Squad members are the agents that can take over inside a live session: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI, Kimi, and opencode. CodeRabbit joins as a mention-only reviewer — @coderabbit runs a one-shot review of your current changes without switching agents. Aider and OpenRouter stay single-agent, as do local Take Control sessions. The session needs a recent CLI (2.64.0 or newer; auto handoffs, Squad activity, and @coderabbit need 2.65.0) — older sessions simply don’t show the mention picker.

PRO

Mentioning a squad member is free for everyone — including @coderabbit reviews. Agent-proposed handoffs are a Pro feature: by default you confirm each one with a tap, and only one proposal is ever pending. With Auto handoffs on, proposals execute themselves within the hop budget you set — and sending any message of your own always takes control back.
